SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders will ship 5-10 business days after being placed through our website. Delivery times vary due shipment service providers. Tracking information for your order(s) will be provided as soon as it is available.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address at checkout. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order. For any issues with tracking/delivery, you must contacting the shipment service provider for more information.
RETURN TO SENDER ORDERS
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, You will be contacted directly via the email address or phone number provided. You will have 14 days to respond to the email or reach out to us about your missing package, or the order will be marked as void.
REFUNDS
All sales are final. We apologize, but we are not able to give refunds as each product is made to order and linked to our giveaway entry process. After an order is submitted, your contest entries are automatically submitted for eligibility. We are unable to modify the entry data after submission.
